Login Help
- If prompted with an Okta login screen - please use your email and network password.
- If you are on an external non-government network, you will be prompted for multi-factor authentication (MFA).
- This is a security measure - please ensure you are enrolled for MFA in Okta.
Problems Logging in
- If you experience difficulties, please log into your government network via VPN and try again.
- For any further issues, please contact your Service Desk.
- Please note: during this transition you can still access SAP Self Service using your
SAP username and password via this link for a period of 3 weeks.
